We offer small Group Personal Training
Sessions of 3 to 4 people.
Our clients say they love the social aspect of These small group sessions plus they get to have fun whilst exercising.
A great benefit of small group training is that it dramatically reduces the cost of one-to-one personal training but still has that personal touch.
Join a group of likeminded adults similar to you or
bring your friends & family members to make up your own group.
We have 4 different options for the Group sessions. The actual sessions are almost the identical in terms of content. The only difference is that you have a choice of 3 people or 4 people in your group. The other difference is whether you want to do 2 or 3 sessions per week. (Sessions last for 50 miniutes).

What we do?
Our Group Training sessions focus on reversing the negative effects of ageing that restrict and slow you down. Within these sessions we will work on the 5 culprits of premature ageing. Our goal is for you to improve on all of them so that you feel vibrant and younger.

Step 1 – First Week Free
To make sure you are happy with the service we provide, we offer your first week totally FREE. We want you to come
and enjoy a week on us.
Step 2 – Trial Period
Then, once you’re happy with everything you can enter onto a one Month TRIAL period (which you can cancel at any
time) so that you can experience the magical effect of our sessions.
Step 3 – Become a Member
After your first month’s trial you will now be invited to start a 6 month membership that will be renewed every 6
months. Once you receive your membership you are guaranteed your session times each week in advance so that you don’t have to miss any of your sessions.
