Each package comes with an expiry date so that clients who show the most consistency and commitment get the best results and bigger discounts. Prior to starting any of the training packages below you receive a FREE Fitness Evaluation and Health MOT. To get started – when you have decided on your training package hit the relevant START button below. You will be directed to the Fitness Evaluation form. Complete this and we will take care of the rest. This is an essential part of the process so we can establish a starting point and identify any injuries or limitations that we need to be aware of.

Bespoke Workout

Your workouts are a blueprint to your GOALS. From your evaluation data we will have identified your reasons for recruiting us. We want to be crystal clear on what your goals are so that we can create the right workout for you.

Expert Coaching

We make sure you are doing all of your exercises correctly – watching and making adjustments accordingly. Your mood and attitude are also important during your workouts. We will keep you focused, positive, and motivated.

Feedback

You well get feedback on your workouts i.e effort, technique, progression etc. If you have chose a training “package” you will receive further feedback on your diet and lifestyle.

Regular Appraisals

We like to make sure we are heading in the right direction which is why we conduct appraisals. For example, if you have a lot of weight to lose then we would set weekly targets but for general appraisals we would do this every 2 – 4 weeks. We generally appraise body weight, performance, and progression.

Nutritional Support

Most people think of nutritional support as a weight loss diet. Which is possibly what most people want that require nutritional support. However we also look at nutrition for health and performance.

Lifestyle Advice

This really can be the icing on the cake for most people. Lots of us have naughty lifestyles – dare I say. It is peoples lifestyles that gets them out of shape and into trouble. We implement small positive changes into your lifestyle to get you moving more and making better choices.

Added Accountability

A special event is exactly that! Which is why we put extra focus on accountability for this package. Your workouts, diet plans, and lifestyle advice that we give to will deliver RESULTS. But you have to follow through and complete the things we ask. If you find excuses – it will never happen for you. We will do regular appraisals to check that we are both working hard towards your goals.

Extra Support

We realise that a special events preparation such as a wedding or a post-natal transformation can be psychologically intense and often stressful. Having that extra support from us by just letting you know “we have your back” and putting your mind at ease may often be just what you need. We know it will all turn out good – we just have to make sure you do.
