My journey into personal training began over 25 years ago going to a local gym to try and build some muscle. Over the years that has evolved, and I now focus on health, fitness and weight loss; specialising in body transformations. I try and help others make big changes to themselves and get jaw dropping results. By achieving both Bachelors and Masters degrees and experiencing different training methods, several nutritional plans, and working with hundreds of clients I have discovered that most people want 3 things: Weight loss, muscle tone, and fitness. Some people may want to focus more on weight loss whilst other fitness but in general it all comes down to these three. To get these results I keep everything personal to each person but put all my efforts into your workouts, your diet, and your lifestyle. Once you address all these three and have the right support in place you really can’t go wrong.

Ever since I can remember I have always enjoyed a physical challenge. Training people and getting them in shape is very natural to me. I put a lot of effort and take great pride in my role as a Personal Trainer and feel very committed to my clients. I am very passionate about getting RESULTS in people. I have clients that have dropped up to 4 stone in a few months and gone from being sedentary to competing in long distance races. Such transformations really makes me feel proud which gives me great job satisfaction. Accomplishing both Masters and Bachelors degrees in Sport & Exercise science, I have the skills and knowledge to deliver a complete service. Having opened the first private personal training studio in the Bradford area over 10 years ago I feel that we have established the most effective training environment within the region.

I’m a very enthusiastic Personal Trainer and an all-round fitness enthusiast. When I’m not working with my clients I enjoy long distance runs out in the country with a few gym workouts in between. I have a bachelor’s degree in sports therapy as I also have a keen interest in Sports massage and injury rehabilitation. When I’m working with my clients, my main areas of focus are weight loss, muscle tone & strength, flexibility, body confidence, and overall self-esteem. I’ve been a PT for over 10 years. It gives me lots of satisfaction getting you into great shape. I love the seeing my clients change both psychologically and physically from the work we do together. I have always had a passion for healthy living. As a woman I can relate to many of the issues that women have with body image, body confidence, and feeling intimidated with the whole idea of walking into a gym. Over the last 15 years I have trained and competed in triathlon events which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I have always tried to eat healthy which is also a passion of mine as I have come to learn the importance of good nutrition and how it really can change your body. Over the last few years I’ve been doing lots of resistance training and seeing the positive affect it has on body shape and tone. I like to deliver a complete package of effective cardio workouts, personalised circuits, and appropriate resistance training to my clients to that they solid results. I’ve always enjoyed sport and exercise since my school days. In my adult life I joined various gyms and experimented with different forms of exercise. I loved what weigh training did to my body. I enjoyed feeling strong and being toned. I was never a big fan of cardio but I do it – as I know the benefits it brings to my fitness, heart, and lungs. Most of my clients are middle aged to post menopausal women. It gives me a lot of satisfaction seeing them change their body tone, life their self-esteem and improve their strength and fitness. I like to make sure that we structure your workouts right so that progress you towards the goals you want. Getting you to a better you is important to me.
