I’m a very enthusiastic Personal Trainer and an all-round fitness enthusiast.
When I’m not working with my clients I enjoy long distance runs out in the
country with a few gym workouts in between.
I have a bachelor’s degree in sports therapy as I also have a keen interest in
Sports massage and injury rehabilitation. When I’m working with my clients,
my main areas of focus are weight loss, muscle tone & strength, flexibility,
body confidence, and overall self-esteem.
I’ve been a PT for over 10 years. It gives me lots of satisfaction getting you
into great shape. I love the seeing my clients change both psychologically and
